Amy Underwood

Amy is an experienced Occupational Therapist who graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 2005. With over a decade of experience providing physical rehabilitation services across the globe, Amy has treated a wide range of conditions including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and orthopedic injuries. Amy’s passion for women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation was ignited in 2018, and since then she has been providing personalized solutions to her patients. Amy approaches her work with a holistic lens, placing emphasis on the individual’s entire life and what is important to them. 

She is a dedicated mother of two young children, Charlie and Esme. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her professional expertise, as she truly understands what it is like to balance parenthood, a career, and personal health goals. Charlie was born at home with the birth team from Gentle Harbor Midwifery, and Esme is currently attending Lincoln Elementary in St Jo. Amy’s personal experience has given her a unique perspective on the challenges that mothers face when trying to prioritize their health and wellness.
